Cool Petaluma Expo

Everyone is welcome to join us for our first Cool Petaluma Expo!

Come one, come all! You do not need to be a current Cool Block participant to attend.

We are very excited to be bringing you face-to-face with many of the amazing local resources our community has to help us on our journey to carbon neutrality by 2030. We will have tables set up to cover all of our Cool Block topics with subject matter experts there to answer your questions and provide information, including:

  • Climate Change 101:

    • Ned Orrett and Pete Gang - Ask your burning questions so you can feel confident responding to skeptics, understand why the work we are doing is so important, and help us spread the message.

    • Block Leaders - Meet existing Cool Block Leaders and hear how they got their blocks started.

Want to get there by bike? Join Block Leader Derek for a cruise across town. West Petaluma people meet at Walnut Park leaving at 5pm, then head down Lynch Creek Trail to Lucchesi where east side Petalumans can join the bike train around 5:20pm at the Community Center parking lot.
